We set up a Magpie workmate a treat...and ain't a colonoscopy a treat...

I work in theatre at one of the hospitals on the Gold Coast. Our workmates' first mistake, (apart from barracking for Collingwood), was to tell us he was having a colonoscopy. His second mistake was to have the procedure done at the hospital we work out.

This is how it panned out...

As he was drifting off to sleep, the anaesthetist produced a Carlton teddy bear that plays Lily of Laguna. He was forced to listen to our great tune as the sandman entered. While he was asleep, photographs were taken of him cuddling the Carlton teddy bear. Later, whilst getting changed he looked in the mirror to find someone had writen, ' Go Blues!' and smiley face on his arse.

When he got to work the next day I pinned a pair of paper underpants with vegemite smeared over the arse-pit next to his locker.

He's a good soul and posed for a Polaroid next to his paper undies.

Shit I hope his medico wassn't Dr Patel....you guys are just too much fun in the QLD Health system... ...
