2006 will be the year for no excuses.. Much of Carlton's downfall has been explained with numerous reasons as to why such and such occured and why this happened etc... Come next year's season end, if Carlton were to finish poorly, they would be scraping firmly against the bottom of the barrell to find any real reasons why. After this coming National Draft, PSD, trade period and all the rest of it, we will hopefully be in a much better situation playing list wise. Denis will hopefully have something to work with, and for the x amount of reasons us supporters have been told why the Blues aren't performing, come 2006, no excuses please!... [/i] |

I wouldn't be expecting a huge lift up the ladder in 2006. There is a still a huge amount of work to do with improving our list. |

even if we picked a chris judd and a nick riewolt in our 1st 2 drafts, they won't have a big impact cos they are too young. I am expecting we will be in the bottom again next year. |

I'm with Korn , I'd expect us to be bottom 4 next year unless we manage to pick up 1 or 2 middle age players with serious talent (which I don't expect at all). |

Yeh, next year will most likely be the year for the recruits to play most of the season, but 2007, i defintely expect to at least make the finals. |

Surely we will make the playoff for the flag next year... we won the Wizzer this year... Finals with 2 early picks would definitely have us playing off for the flag next year.... We will be lucky to not get pick number 1 again next year...Selwood or Jetta hmmmmmmmmmmmm
