You should be concentrating on looking after yourself, your family and your community.

Think of others more than yourself - You will feel much better if you do these kind of things.

There's plenty that can be done. I am building another chook shed and also some gutter gardens - a very productive way to grow good food.

Produce from these things will be given to / shared with neighbours

A stronger sense of Community needs to be rediscovered.

These kind of actions are the best ways to ward off the violence that is associated with an economic collapse - a firearm on hand but out of sight is also a good defensive backup.

But I believe that we will escape the worst of things..

Australia is still a lucky country with more of luck to come.We are stuck with some stupid suicidal policies and market structures , but all in all it is still a good place to be - at least for the duration...

As for Carlton - we will come through this, many teams have a bit of a crash to the wrong side of the final 8 before rising again. It would be unwise to over react.
