So I just received an email linking to the membership survey. What feedback does everyone have this year? Improve the scarf? Dump Nike? Improve communications? Any new/original ideas? |

come on, i completed this pointless survey from inside of china, thru the greatest firewall ever devised by mankind.  just give me the damned voucher now so i can leave it in the draw and not spend it because im in china.you guys just need to try harder.

So did I and in my context rather pointless as the membership department has not delivered my card and other "goodies" for thepast two years. Despite numerous phone calls, no proactive movement. Disappointing. |

Here's a direct link to the survey. https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/cfcfansurvey You do not have to be a member to complete it. You do not have to enter a real email address at the last step. You can fill out the survey as many times as you like, just clear your cookies after you finish the survey and go again. |
