Well...the Strategic Plan (2011 to 2015) was called 'The Blueprint' when elements of it were released last year. Wouldn't it be nice if they gave us a look at the annual targets as part of that plan!!  Won't happen. But are they doubling up on the name? Are they using 'The Blue Print' for something else? One would hope not.
