At this low point of the season who is willing to put their hand up and commit to financially support the CFC again next year? I am.

Whilst I despise the way the AFL & media are transforming the "industry" I still love watching the Carlton jumper running around, even though we aint up to it atm.
Watching the Walkers, Waites, Carrazzo's etc steadily improving is keeping me interested this season. With a new crop of youngsters coming in in a few months time things will get better on the field.
And besides, watching Fev carry on with his antics cracks me up even though we're getting smashed

Go Blues.

Absolutely, without a second thought.

Gotta take the good times with the bad. We've had our fair share of good times, now we're copping some bad. I'll wear it, and be that much more of a bastard come our next premiership.

I'll be without my membership when they pry it from my cold, dead hands.

For sure.

These are the times when we as supporters need to stick by the club.
It's a dark period in the club's history and can only get better if we as supporters stick by the team and see them through it.

I'd suggest everyone here who is a member to re-sign next season.

of course i will. Never a doubt i have a bit more optomisim for next season anyway ... but i have given this season away for the last 6 rounds just being realistic but i will always support the Blues ... through good and bad... and i confess other than the last 4 sesons i havnt had too much bad to experience .. thank god i didnt support the saints or dogs lol i prob would have turned into a masochist  and just wanted teams to pummel me week in and week out..

The Blues will bounce back we jsut have to do our time which has been made worse by decisions made post 1995 ie recruiting and being penalised. When we get back on track i dont think we will go through such a bad patch as we are experienecing now

keep in mind that it's the current list of players that are shit, not the Club! Buying membership helps the club!

As long as the sun comes up in the morning I'll be a member. It doesn't matter how bad the situation is on the field I support the CARLTON FOOTBALL CLUB. It makes me bloody angry to see the pitiful performances and I always threaten not to go to games but my love for the club and the game of footy gets me there every week.

You know everybody on this forum will buy a membership because they have blue blood running in their veins...

Some people do think differently, they feel why should I buy a membership and support the club when they are playing dis-hearting footy. In a way. its their response to voice their anger on the teams performance.

People who give a continental about their club wouldn't think twice, it's the fairweather element that worries me.

In no worries........

Can I pre purchase one with VIP seats at the draft, both National and Pre Season?

I think the club should raffle a spot at the end of season player reviews as well.

My old man is perhaps on of the biggest Carlton Supporters out there. His Mother & Father were Carlton Supporters. His Grandpa was a Carlton Supporter, has been supporting through thick and thin for over 50 years.................but he told me that after the Bulldogs game this year, Carlton are going to have to do something very special before years end to get him to renew his membership!

I'm lucky because i had to work that night and therefore missed the game! But he said it was the worst display of football he has ever seen in his life.

needless to say, i almost passed out when he told me this.

I'm guessing that when it comes time to it, he'll buy a membership anyway, but it's really sad to see a passionate Carlton Supporter loosing faith in the team !

Definitely. Will be watching a bunch of young guns roam the paddock who really want to play for the jumper.
