Today, I would really like to see my/our football side put in a performance that shows characteristics of players who desperately want to get the best out of their football abilities.

What I really don't like is that I have no feelings of defending or supporting the Carlton players this year, and I am growingly not liking myself for it.

Is a performance with heart and passion too much to ask for? Or are our players just not up to it as I fear?

Show some heart fellas.

DITTO!!
If those boys played with the heart, that many of our supporters support with, we'd be looking a hell of alot better. Don't even have to win, just show us you wanna be there, doing the best you can for the navy blue.

Hopefully our senior players are refreshed enough after the break to return to their earlier form and some of our kids continue to improve.
While there is no way I expect us to win, a competative effort will warm this Blue Boys heart.

mmm,

Carlton 240 disposals West Coast 330
Carlton 8-10 goals West Coast 15+
Adam Hunter 10 marks at CHB
8-10 Carlton players with 10 disposals or less
Cox dominates around the ground with no opponent
Teague will be too slow for Edwards
Wirrpunda gets 25 disposals
tight first half then blown away in the 2nd

on to next week.

Pretty close with the disposals

WC: 371
CFC: 232

Jarusa, is that the lowest possession count on record?

Really, stats mean just shit...... what were the half time stats.... I think the eagles had 40 more but were 10 points down..

After half time, WCE played keeping's off and we just couldn't touch the footy...

After leaving the social club half way thru the third quarter, half a quarter after Carlton left Subiaco, I listened to the Melbourne Storm game on the drive home.

Do you think Billy Slater could play AFL?

I used to think we need one year at the bottom for priority picks......
I now think we need three years of priority picks to pick ourselves off the floor.
