Smith Becker and Setanta to be promoted. (Denis loves how Becker goes about it apparently). Think Raso (if they can?) may be put on the rookie list at the end of this year with the other irish lad. Pleming I think is gawn. (sadly, and I hope someone gives him a go - he works hard). reckon batson is wobbly but surely they'll give him his 2 and then decide. |

Pretty sure we'd have to de-list Raso and then wait for him to slip through the National Draft, Pre Season Draft and then be available for the Rookie draft. Not going to happen |

dont think so... last season freo delisted ryan crowley (my boy) from the senior list and then picked him up in this years rookie draft with a late pick.... |

Only player I can remember us doing it with is Prenda and Im pretty sure we drafted him on the rookie list rather than nominated or downgraded him. |

Maximum of 2 years on the rookie list and under the age of 23. You can be promoted from the rookie list to the senior list at the end of the season or retained as a rookie for your second year or else delisted. Once a rookie is delisted he can be selected by any other club. So Becker can be retained for another year or promoted onto the senior list or else delisted. |

Do you mean Frank or Anthony? A Raso won't be demoted - they decided to take him bottom age last year 'cos they predicted he might go first round this year. And it sounds like he's making very good progress this year. |

understand that but he will take 3 more yars, I thought (and yes I was wrong  ) that a club could place a player on the rookie list if that player was eligible.

Hope not Danny, I've got him pencilled in at full forward next season after we've sold Fev for draft picks. |
