Dominant performance really.

Should have won by more.

61 I50 to 46.

Lots of forward half turnover.

Effort - Billy Wilson run down tackle when the game was over.

Incredibly pathetic umpiring - one of the worst displays you will ever see.

Engine room humming.

Jagga was great in the midfield.

Did it without Weitering.

Impressive win. Especially when you consider our two key defenders are an 18 year old and a state league player with 15 games between them

Many times this year when we've been challenged, Walsh has gone missing.
Great to see him step up today. Got the centre clearance in the 3rd when they drew level. Kicked that key goal after the siren and had a huge last

Proper 4qtr performance. Never wavered in confidence or style even when challenged.

I don't know if Fraser is the answer but if someone tries to tell me this is Voss's style under a new coach I'll SPEW UP.

Players played for each other. So much effort and sacrifice.

Even Ison who had a quiet game had a crucial effort, sandwiched between 2 taller players, to break even in the forward line.

My favourite effort of the season. Even ahead of Geelong.

Calton mids gave me an early birthday present today!

a good, if frustrating, win.

a mate and I compared our ladder predictor results last night and we figured this game was GWS's GF and they'd just have to turn up and win it.

I pencilled in a win for us tonight and we end up 7th on ladder for a wildcard final against Bulldogs or possibly Suns (admittedly some optimism in a couple of my tips). my mate has us finishing 11th and losing today after GWS had impressive wins recently against Lions, Melbourne and a close loss to Saints last week. Maybe our list is better than the shit Keogh keeps telling us about.

Nice touch with the harmonica Cotts, Piano Man was the first LP by dad bought me as a kid. welcome back to the 1st and some decent form!

The only negative was the goal kicking. But for that, it was as complete a performance as we've had this year. Leaders leading. Kids stepping up. Role players playing their role. Blokes come in to fill a gap and do it. I can't believe I'm watching the same team that was 1-8. The Teague experience says no. Fraser putting up a pretty damn good argument of why it should be yes.

The umpiring doesn't even warrant a comment. It was criminally bad and the actual worst I've ever seen...

OMG... Cottrell just gave the greatest rendition of lily of Laguna ever!

A great game... Shame we couldn't get umpires to match. Hideous.

Also, I hope Jordan Lewis is ok after death riding us all game

Nah that was a really solid win.

Very happy as I wasn't feeling positive about the game.

"Should have won by more" is a bit of a theme lately and we've really gotta work on our kicking.

GWS started well then challenged and we withstood it.

Some absolute busted arse umpiring I reckon they got 2-3 goals from shitty decisions.

Also wow that was one half empty looking stadium on the telly at least.

yeah Walsh — for whatever reasons — has been playing well below his career best. with more support around him and a buddy in Jagga (plus Haywood and Ainsworth) on the outside taking the heat off him a bit he's starting to work his way back into a little form.

We all know what quality Walsh brings at his best. i guess most of us were wondering if his body would ever let him return to his peak, he's still young enough to set an even higher benchmark if he can kick 1.5 goals a game and be more damaging with his kicking to advantage of forwards. I'd never question Walsh's belief, he always shows up mentally i reckon, just needs to get more 'one-touch' class back into his game.

Quality win. Absolutely rapted. Thought we’d blown it.

So wasteful too. Should have won by more.

Even my boy Pitto had some nice moments.

2023 run incoming.

Some inaccurate kicking but, early at least, they were some very tough shots.

Brodie's 40m out drop punts are scarier than seeing "Latest Post: Grogan" in the trump thread.

oh just remembered, earlier in the week my ask for this game was that Jagga goes to a new level and cements favouritism for the 2026 Rising Star.

have to watch the replay but seems like Jagga went ok with 26 D | 12 CP | 13 UP | (equal game high) 6 i50 | 5 SI | 4 IP | 3 FF | 1 FA
those stats are basically double his season averages for everything. building nicely.

That has to be one of the worst umpired games I have ever seen. So many complete howlers coupled with just shocking 50/50 calls both ways. Disgusting.

We won but so go and @#$%&! yourselves.

Absolutely.

That and Billy's chase down with 20sec left said to me we have some tuncs in the team. And I love it.

Cowan is our most improved player. Loving his confidence.

Please don't go to tassie.
