Through a mate I found myself in the Carlton rooms after the game (hiding my Hawthorn scarf in my jacket!). I waited around for about 20 minutes with about 30 other people, including Ken Sheldon and a bunch of kids. After about 15 minutes Lappin came out and signed some autographs and disappeared, then Campo came out and had a word to a couple of people before racking off. My mate and I got jack of this and scarpered after 20 minutes and still no sign of most of the players.

Is 20 minutes a normal amount of time to keep fans waiting post-match? I honestly don't know, as I haven't done that before. What are you Blue fans' experiences with getting into the rooms, especially after a loss?

Pagan let the people who won't be at the club next year go early.

Campo and Lappin were followed out by Whitnall and Kouta in quick succession.

PAGAN: "We've got to think now about rebuilding for next year. Campo, Skinny, you can wait outside"
