The focus has been so heavily on the "Big 3" uncontracted players that hardly any of the others have gotten a mention.

I know Teague is out of contract and that he's been feeling under pressure to retain his spot in the side, which hasn't been helped by his 4 HB game on the weekend.

Who else is currently uncontracted and what is their situation?

Hmm...Teague...well considering the club will take into account his B&F I'll take a stab at him getting around 2 years @ $250K p/year.

If Teague gets $250k per year - Lance and Campo have to worth at least $450k Per year. How Teague won the B&F last year and not Matty Lappin is beyond me.

Oh common Mikkey, Lappin had a better year than Teague last year and even this year. Fair is fair.

Fair is fair? Are you suggesting they manipulated the vote?

Look they both had great years, that's why they were 1 and 2. And they're both having bad years, that's why we are struggling (+ other reasons).

Given teague was a trade and would have been on the scrap heap without the Blues, I would have thought he'd be a bit cheaper than that.

I agree skinny should've won it easily but I've read in the past that the club takes the B&F into consideration when drawing up contract offers.
Without the B&F Teague would be in trouble imo.

I have no doubt they do.

Best & Fairest voting goes beyond players getting 1, 2 or 3 votes. I think the system we use were every player gets a vote produces the strange results. There have been a few years were the B&F result did not necessarily match the publics opinion of who is the best player.

D.Clarke's 3 year contract with Geelong, then Carlton, ends this year... but I don't think anyone is upset at that.

I thought Simmo's was up, but he's in his third year at the club, no?
