Everyone who contributes $1,000 or more will be
recognised as a carlton Foundation hero
and acknowledged in the following way:
• each year you contribute you will be able to vote on
admitting one person (from a shortlist) to the Carlton
Hall of Fame for the following year
• one person will be selected to present the Hall of Fame
entrant with his certification at the Hall of Fame &
Guernsey Presentation Dinner
• opportunity to attend the Hall of Fame & Guernsey
Presentation Dinner
• Carlton Foundation Hero pin
• recognition of each individual Carlton Hero on the
Carlton website and in the Carlton Football Club
Annual Report
• a thank you certificate signed by the President of the
Carlton Football Club

and acknowledged in the following way:
