They are selling 2005 Carlton Heritage Guernseys on EBay for a starting price of $75. Only difference from our current day guernsey is the old monogram. Should I buy one? I don't think I would wear it. I'd probably get it signed by certain players and then get it framed. |

While we're on a similar topic... How come the heritage jumpers on sale at the Carlton shop: ![]() Don't look as impressive in that picture as they did on the weekend? The monogram looks smaller or something... Having said that i'll probably buy one ![]() EDIT: i'm getting a red X where that picture should be... so, hit this link: http://shop.afl.com.au/blues/product.as ... %5Fid=1539 |

By asking for that advice you have probably increased the number of bidders and therefore pushed the price up. ![]() |

The ones that are being sold in the shops and cheaply on eBay are reproductions - and bad reproductions at that...a much smaller CFC monogram on the front than what we saw the players wear in Round 20. There are game worn jumpers being sold on eBay - starting price is $300 for each jumper. These were worn in the first half against Collingwood - players changed at half time. Not all players jumpers are up for auction as I believe some players wanted to donate their jumper to their junior club to be auctioned off at a later date, but someone may want to confirm this. Profits made from the sale of jumpers sold on eBay will go to the Carlton Foundation...I intend to bid on 2...with the hope of getting at least one...and it'll be taking pride of place in the pool room - once i get a pool room! |

Carlton has 2 types of jumpers, on-field and official, the official ones u can buy at sports stores, afl stores etc. the on-field ones are the ones the players actually wear - they're fitted and are really strong around the collar (good for footy training) the heritage versions of the on-field jumpers seem to have a larger cfc and its raised or sewn on rather than just printed |

you can buy them brand new for $112 at the club. dont need to worry about postage then (less you get it over the net) plus you know where all the profits are going. |

The ones they are selling are replicas. If they are gonna change the logo anyway you might as well wait for next years top and get the authentic one with the raised logo. |
