Well the 2005 season finally came to an end in what has been an eventful season.

I'd just like to thank everyone who posts here and add to the online Carlton community.

I especially like to thank the moderators and admins who keep this site ticking over nicley.

getting this site up and running so quickly after the demise of TBV was a sensational effort and is reflective of how us Carlton supporters can stick together when times are tough.

Thanks for everyone, you guys have made a difficult year more bareable even though i hated all the tanking talk for the second half of the season.

the TC squad has been a fantastic way to meet like minded people and i have made many personal friends out of this.

From the whirlwind excitement of a successful wizard cup, the debut of the great irish hope, the nostalgia of the last game at optus, the dissapointment of successive losses, the joys of watching the young guys blossom to the fact that we have finished bottom and retained that elusive Priority Pick, Talking Carlton has been there and for that i salute you!

Without wanting to sound too sucky the mods really have done a great job resurrecting our community and then dealing with the whole tanking saga. Good work guys.

And BB, you can be as sucky as you like, I told you the other day I'm open to bribery! 8)

Camelboy and Blue Chucky (with the help of Jarusa) are the ones who deserve all the thanks for gettin TC up and running, and it is all the posters (even the irritating ones :wink: ) who make this place so much fun.

Supporter of the year........GAZZA........!

what can you say.......three trips to Melbourne......
always well dressed......puts up with Monty and
Mr Saunders each time....(Dann's the easy bit)......
....(by that i don't mean she's.....eeeeeasy....it's
just that....................stop it.........stop it now tommi).....!

he's also a good darrrncer.......shite pool player.....
but good darrrrncer.......!

everyone else is rubbish............!

Great post!

Agree completely, I listed it as one of the positive's in the Year 2005 positive's thread.

It may very well be the users who make the site what it is, but you guys not only add to that but you provide us with the forum to do so :-D
