MARK MY WORDS. Tuesdays board meeting a decision was made on Brendon regarding his future with board members unanimously deciding it has come to an end.

Source? I've heard the opposite but I don't know how reliable it is.

Spoke to that nine journo, you know the one Eddie has on 'The Footy Show' with all those breaking stories - whatever his name is said Fev is definitely gone from Carlton. That's my source and that's what he emphatically said - take it for what you think it's worth. We'll know by Friday week.

Kallan.

Your words have been marked.

As long as you know your future credibility on this site will be judged on them.

Be very interesting to see how it turns out.

Did anyone watch today's game?

Makes me laugh to think you could trade Fevola.

Did anyone see O'Laughlin choke on himself and do anything but take a shot at goal in the last 15mins?

Has anyone ever seen Fevola not want to take the game winning kick?

Does anyone still want to trade Fevola?

Jim Wilson from 7 was MC at a marquee yesterday at the Grand Final and I asked him what he thought of our blues.

His thoughts were keep Whitnall get rid of Fev.

After the game yesterday, West Coast are well short of a decent forward, and I think will move heaven and earth too secure either a Whitnall or Fev.

Fevola wont go unless he brings to the club a player in the top dozen.
Cant see how we can keep Lance.... unfit, uncontracted and not a modern day footballer.

The problem with seeing what Lance is worth for some people is he is remembered as a player from ' the good times' along with Campo and Kouta... people associate them with golden days and now that were shit their psychological worth just swells.
Unfortunately they have been part of the reason wy were now crap.
They dont work hard enough.
they dont train hard enough.
They have been overpaid for way too long with very little return.

gee Synbad, you've changed your tune... how long have you felt this way about Lance? I always saw you 2 and Campo as a modern-day 3 amigos... you're the Steve Martin one, of course

Tyrant, even in a defensive game like yesterdays you still had to kick goals to win the game.
Same with any game.... youre not going to win a single game of football if you cant kick a score.

Id sooner have the ball in Fevs hands than Lances...

Noone can tell me theyre more comfortable with the ball in Lances hands to swing a game then Fevs.

Fev is our ONLY matchwinner....

If we trade Lance we would be pulling the wool over someones eyes... (Something about the smartest player in football).....

There is no way i could be Steve Short anyway.....

my mail is very similar to Synbad's...Blues are prepared to trade Fev, but only for a gold-plated deal.

Ditto, Sticks. And as it should be. If, say, the Eagles offer the world - ya gotta consider it.

... and if it was me, I'd trade Lance for whatever we could get. We've gotta strike while he's got some currency.
