verbs???Whats that got to do about the condiytion you return... alot of weight also means alot of stress on your body.. which means youll struggle to finish a season fit...

Anyway... im looking at mind set.. its a marathon not a sprint.

Preperation is paramount..

whats that got to do with one run around the park???

Hes a leader of the club.. and an example..

How did his time trial this year compare with past years? Especially last years?

That's what's important.

My understanding is that Lance Whitnall is currently significantly above his ideal playing weight and is certainly heavier than when he reported for pre-Christmas training this time last year.

So Sydney Blue - if you think that is the basis to make Lance Captain - go right ahead.

That's rather contrary to BV's training report from today.

Your absolutely right that does seem contrary to BV's training report from today.

Go right ahead verbs.

Aside from BV expressing his opinion that Whitnall looked fit, so did phninja, and also Frank has not said a word about an overweight Whitnall, I did ask you how his time trial compared to last year, but you declined to reply. I didn't hold my breath...lucky eh!

Innuendo will only get you so fart...no-one who's been to the track is backing it up.

Strange that.

Personally, I rekon if he puts on the pud it could be good. Sit him in the goal square and let him shove the opposition backman oudda the way.
Its kinda like when Eric Cartman plays road hockey. Hes fatter than the goals so the puck can't go in
