Once the draft was completed, SEN crossed to a press conference with Marc Murphy. To my disappointment, poor audio meant they cut back to the studio & we didn't get to hear what he said. However, I have since managed to get my hands on the tape - here's the main points we missed:
"I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but by Me."
"Of that day or that hour no one knows, not even angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Take heed, watch; for you do not know when the time will come."
"And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith."
"Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;
That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me."
