Mods, feel free to move this, I was just putting it where I though it might get most coverage.
I was just wondering, IF i was to come down, as wemyself and Seán Óg, are plying with the idea, if and when Setanta gets his big call up, to coming down to watch it, I would love at least to meet up with a few of you and maybe even get a bit of a kick around, maybe agaisnt SS, would that be possible?

Oh hell yeah it would.
Great idea, Beano.

You'd be most welcome. If it were to happen, what are the chances that Sean Og, Setanta and Aisake would come a long for a gander?

Ogie might, but I dont know about the two other lads as if we are down it will be because Setanta is playing and we might watch Aisake in action for the Ants, ideally, the blues match would be on a friday night against the swans and we could meet up with Tadhg if not the swans on Saturday ants on sunday or saturday afternoon so I could meet up with TBVrs on friday or something????

Hmmm.

I reckon even just a night out would be even better, Beano.
Hard to ru these forum matches when the real footy gets going.

I'm in for certain.

I could then tell my grandkids "you know the stories of the famous O'hAilpin brothers?.... well once... I played footy... in a match... with their mate Beano......"

Just don't do the 26 hour drink-a-thon I went through on my way to Ireland last year, Beano. My hangover and jetlag morphed into this type of SuperJetOverHangLag and I was a mess for a week [although the 11 pints in Galway wouldn't have helped much either. And Dublin. And some other places].

I have an Irish friend or two in Melbourne who would love to come along to that Sydney / Carlton game if you can make it. Count me in!

(Reference to Irish friends intended to 1] make you feel at home and 2] get across the fact that "Hey, it's cool - some of my best friends are Irish")

Maybe you guys could wait until Carlton/Sydney round 22 (1st week of September).

That'd give us Sydney siders a chance to get in on the action!

Maybe we could try and organise a TC/TBV vs Swans forum match up here for that weekend?

Is there a Swans forum site?
