Just wondering what people thought...

Could we copy what Sydney did this year with 5 or more captains?

I think it was
leo barry
ben matthews
captain kirk
Barry hall
and Jude Bolton

Could we do the same with five players ?

That way we could better develop a leadership group

or is it better to stick with what we have done?

I was thinking of the following:

thornton
nick stevens
matthew lappin
barnaby french
and
Kouta..

big nick (only dreaming)

campo (only joking)

each could have 5 weeks as captain... I think it could bring people like french and lappin out of their shells a bit. let them know they are respected etc.

I think there's only one Captain in a side.

I'm not a cornflakes fan of rotating; or Roosy fan of multi.

We have alot of potenital leaders, but im a fan of one captain, plus if that one is Kouta, thats all you need. Then i guess you can name the rest of the team as Vice captains.

Nick Stevens and Jarred Waite should be made the Captain and Vice-Captain after Kouta finishes, with Thornton made the Deputy Vice. It's weird that Bret wasn't part of the leadership group considering he's our most senior defender.
