Not counting "nanna naps".

Will we catch a glimpse of The Messiah?
Will Irish get a run?
Are we going to be on fire like we were last year, or will we take the foot off the pedal and not go so hard?
Hartlett?
Russell?

Excitement!!

Ten more sleeps!! and then the Blues are back!!

Yep it's a great buzz verbs. exciting times ahead with some much young talent coming through.
Will Betts blitz them?
Walker, Waite & Fisher can they deliver?
Mclaren and Saddo to show what there're made of.
Go Blues

We should run a book on how many Hard Ball Gets Houla gets in the first round.

Cats injury List: (3rd Feb)

Steven Johnson, Ankle,
Tom Harley, Knee,
Sam Hunt, Knee, .
Steven King, Achilles,
Tom Lonergan, Hamstring,
David Wojcinski, Knee,

You'd think these guys would be out and I'm pretty sure there's a few more guys who wouldnt play such as Ottens and McCarthy are injured
so we should have a pretty good shot at it really.. :-D

Edit: Tim Callan, Andrew Mackie, Henry Playfair also injured from Cats intra-club article

I am really looking forward to seeing:
[1] how our backline looks. Is it any better? I am looking forward to seeing a faster, taller, stronger, more accountable bunch of defenders.
[2] who is the favourite to go forward? I would love to see Setanta and Hartlett get a run.
[3] our midfield being more accountable.
[4] whether we really have some ruck depth. These guys have been doing a large amount of work with Dempsey. I want to see if it has been worth it.
[5] if Daniher really has been effective with our forwards. I expect so - too many different and respected judges on this site and CSC both reckon he should have a significant effect. I am looking forward to that and hope it comes to pass.
[6] Eddie Betts! Whether in the midfield or deep forward, I reckon Eddie will be more dangerous this year.

I'm going to be in Canberra watching Sydney/North.

Question 1 - What are you up to that day, Camel?

Question 2 - Who's going to SMS me Carlton scores?

i reckon the swans north game will be shown on FTA, but i dunno maybe if we are lucky fox will pick up the carlton game ?
anyway if fox footy do show the game you'll be able to see it at eastlakes footy club which is about a 200 m walk from maunka.

usually a small group of us canberra carlton supporters gather there to wacth the game but this time i'll be down in melb.

Oddly enough KK, I'll be driving to Sydney on the 24th, and driving home to Canberra on the 25th. I should be home in time for the Carlton match, which I guess will be on Foxtel, in which case I'm happy to keep you up to date.

Great minds....I'm looking forward to all of those too; and it's saved me writing it all down.....it's an exciting time.
