Maybe they were thinking of last year?

Notice our best list only had 2 players.

Obviously the stats weren't freely available. That's how they do those lists...

Minus their top stars Chris Judd, Ben Cousins, Dean Cox, Daniel Kerr, Daniel Chick, Andrew Embley and David Wirrpanda, the Eagles were outclassed.

Those players missing are the engine room of the WEagles.
I suppose a win is a win and we really needed that that one.

I think they meant in an overall sense, not just this preseason. He does have 65 NAB/Wizard/Ansett Cup goals in only 18 games.

Interesting how the West Coast stars are all listed as out  ... It looks more like the Western Australia Court list than a missing players list :-D :-D :-D

How many of them were out in the Wizard Cup final last year?

We can competative against anyone, we just need to get the right mental attitude and have a good run with injuries. Winning a few games is the best way to do the former, and the you can't do much about the latter.

Including 12 in the Millenium Game against Collingwood on New Years Eve 1999.

Regardless of what happens from here on in, we will always be the reigning Wizard Cup champions.

Does anyone know if there will be any replay, highlights or any footage of this game on Foxtel during the week?
