OK, never mind the semantics or anything of the actual prize for winning Lotto, that's not the point of this.

Imagine, for a moment, you came into a windfall of $7m dollars. Considering that the club has a $7m debt, how much (if any) of your $7m would you give to the club to help eradicate the debt?

Considering most of us are pure navy blue, I highly doubt that anyone would totally shut themselves off and not give at least a little bit to the club. I would HOPE that most of us would chop off at least 10% of the debt - it's only $700,000 out of $7m, you're not going to miss it too much.

And thinking about it, as tap in 79 has said many a time, is it really that hard for longserving players to stump up $1000 or so to give a tiny back bit to the club?

Summary: If you won $7million, how much would you give to Carlton?

I'd like to think I'd cough up at least $1m.

Having said that, money is a strange beast and who'd know what you'd do given that much?

Enough to rename the Hawthorn/Southern/Pratt stand to the Harmes37 stand.

None of you would give them more than perhaps an expensive membership package each year, stop kidding yourselves.

There are areas that are in need of money more than a football club and I would spend the money there than being a white knight. Like paying Essendon* to delist Campo!

I pray you never come into money  . We would be much better severed having them keep him on their list permanently so we can though eggs and hang shit on him forever.

I'd love to help out, but I've already decided that if I win the money is earmarked to firmly establish my evil empire. After you buy an uncharted island, hollow it out, put a massive death ray into a dormant volcanoe and hire all of those henchmen, there isnt much spare change left over!!! Maybe i could ensure that I was slightly less evil to the CFC than I was to the rest of the world. Would that do???

BBBBWWWWAAAAHHHHAAAAHHHHAAA!!!! (laughs maniacally!!)

Wouldnt be giving any money other than membership money to the present setup....I'd be using my seven million to make some more millions and that would be my hobby money..I wouldnt be giving it to the club to give to Kouta and then in turn to David Allison......no way.
Change the board, give me the financial plan, the projections not fantasies and then I'll consider investing......we need a plan..not donating white knights covering the cracks.....

You would need to win Powerball (around the $22 million dollar mark.

Go to the board write a cheque for $7 million dollars and offer it to the club under the following conditions and demands:

- Not go public with the donation until after we extract at least $1,000,000 from the AFL under the Competitive Balance Fund - as soon as we have this money banked go public with my donation and tell the AFL to go and get [REDACTED].

- No AFL Commissioner, Wayne Jackson, Andrew Demetrispew, and any other AFL prick I deem, will never be invited or entertained at an official Carlton Function.

- Take a Giant Billboard advertisement - outside AFL House with my face on it - just in front of "The Spews" window, I am thinking maybe with Deano Supremo as well as we give the "The Spew" the bird in Stereo.

- The on-field stuff I will leave to Synbad as I will have him appointed Director of Football with Cazzesman Director of Recruitment.

Agro you would have to have yourself on that board to deliver the news to the Spew -along with Mrs Caz and Cartlon God to keep her in line and chat her up and Danny boy to hurl abuse at CG everytime he opened his mouth.

Now that would be well worth the 7 million i think

Aggers, you have my word, that if I ever come across such an amount we will become partners to ensure the above happens.

Are you allowed to moon on a billbaord?

Probably not but the publicity you would get for the day or so that the billboard would be up would be be priceless.
