i think thats great, hopefully this will sway a lot of the non renewals into joining.

i wouldn't know what to think if one of the players called me. i'd probably burst into laughter at first.

Next year I'm not signing up early. I'll bide my time and wait by the phone!!

The other thing you should do if a player rings is to put some sort of demands on your renewal, like "look i'll only sign if i can speak to at least three other players" or "send me an autographed cap and i'll gladly sign". Push the boundaries a bit

i am yet to renew my membership and i didn't get a call i am so disappointed!!!!

Me too but if i get the job im up for i will be renewing tomorrow.. an interstae one only though.

I didnt get a call from any player. might hold of on a membership until i get a call. Wouldnt mind a few words with a player.
