A good wrap on Fev by Kouta in the other article in that link too.

Good unity in the team at last without people like Campo looking for money rather than Carlton success.

I cant wait to play Essendon* and watch Campo get what he deserves.

The last thing that we needed was a class midfielder to leave when the sun was starting to shine.

And of all places Essendon*.

Wouldnt it be nice if Rhys Jones and fraser brown came out of retirement for ten minutes on april 14.

Then Campo might regret his lack of ticker.

who in the current team could give Campo a good time?

Campo would have been no help even with a better attitude, let's leave that one be.

That's our problem. We've got no-one who's downright scary, who can physically intimdate opponents like Barry Hall, Byron Pickett, Jonothon Brown, or Mark Ricciuto can.

If that's the case, the least we could do is if a player gets hit - then it's "all-for-one and one-for-all" - the whole team must fly the flag - not just a couple of them. It seems like only Fev seems to want to fly the flag - we need some aggro, some mongrel - we have to give the message that no-one can physically intimidate us.

All the great sides have their share of them. At Carlton, we used to have Big Nick, The Dominator, THe Duke of Earl - these guys would continually serve it up physically to the competition. Footy is a physical game - it's becoming less so, but when a player needs to get hit, then we need to hit them!

!

Hahaha refer to my post earlier in the week....
Pffff everyone congratulates how good David Parkin is!
But the fact of the matter is that he is totallythe opposite!
Look at the state that our club is in:-
No real talent recruited when David "F*cking"Parkins was as the helm!
No real Captain material after STIX!
As much as I hate to say it but Sheedy is the genius when it comes to coaching he might be an old "w*nker" who goes on and on and on but look at the youth he has pushed through over the past 20 years. And has always had captain material replacing other captains!
It's the CARLTON players of the 80's and 90's that won the premierships!

I think the "THE SCUM' have a better WIN/LOSS ratio over the past 20 years or so...However they have proven they can draft and produce young blood better than us.....And in regards to the 2 premierships they have won,one is to think how many more they could've won if it wasn't for getting rid of some top quality playersdue to salary cap issues back in the early 2000's.
What we all want is hopefully the trend is in reverse by the end of this year....I believe we are on teh rigt track in rebuilding our current staue however it will take another 3 years before we can more young talent get some mongrel in our team and also lure bignames to our clubs!

The fact of the matter is if we were still a finals team in the past 4 years we definately would've drafted some bigger names to the CFC.

That's my view..Agree or disagre!

Sheedy has lost the plot, over the past few years.
He is a good coach on match days, but these days he is simply filling in holes to keep the team respectable. Think about it Zantuck, Allan, Alvey, Murphy, Campo, Heffernen.
I am happy Essendon* is using this method because Carlton will win a premiership before Essendon*. We will not accept mediocrity in a few years time, they will!

As has been stated, since 1986 Essendon* have won two premierships, Carlton have won two premierships.

Sheedy could've, would've, might've...........didn't.

He's all hot air.
