Haven't really seen or heard of any stand out young players eligible to win other than Eddie, so far.
He kicked two goals and gave away another and showed some brilliance.
Slim pickings, but let's wait and see.

None of those blokes will get it. A bloke by the name of Joel McDonald from the Lions will get it. Played an awesome game in the absence of Richard Hadley. I'd expect him to get it. |

Joel played a good game and had 19 Disposals and played the whole game (126 Minutes) Whereas Byrnes only played for 78 minutes for 14 disposals and 2 goals... By the way that was Byrnes 5 match |

It's all well and good that he had more disposals, Fid, but it's what both players did with them. From what I saw of both matches, McDonald din't waste many. |

Kepler Bradley had a good game on Saturday Night he would surely come under consideration. We'll save Eddie's nomination for when he kicks 7 goals

Doesn't mean I rate him PJ. .
25 disposals and 10 marks is hard to go past though. Jared Brennan has played 16 games so he is ineligible. |

I think Macdonald has played more than 10 as well. Played a fair chunk of last year. Yep, Bradley is a nong and doesn't deserve anything. Betts is the superior player. Ryan Ferguson, perhaps? He might be too old though.... and might have exceeded 10 games. Really should get out my stats book before I make these kind of posts. |
