I know what smorgon has done..... he has been riding the coat tails of Collo for three years.

shoring up power is what they all do. The point is , will he be any good? Time will tell not past but future time. Others have been pridicated to fall and yet have stood tall. Hell who knows, he may be brilliant now he is the Fearless Leader, let's just give him a year (less?) and see.

He has that much confidence in himself that he has appointed TWO vice presidents.. one of which is a club icon to protect him. Over and above that he will claim the credit on a couple of things that are about to happen that he has NO RIGHT to. One will be announced July1 and is a Mathieson initiative finded privately by Mathieson that will net the club 1 million a year or thereabouts. The other is Collos redevelopment plan.. The only thing still needed is the handing over of the lease to the AFL and the compensation as well as making sure the club does it as safely as possible. If you brought $1m to the club, and can demonstrate the ability to run the club in all its facets, there's no reason you wouldn't be considered for a position. If you simply gave $1m, there's nothing to support any claim of a presidency. You said Synbad didn't answer your question, but the question has to be framed in all seriousness to warrant a serious response.

This isnt about Sam its about Graeme .. our new president.!!! What has he done??? See i dont give a @#$%&! about a president who wont come on the radio.. i think whats rich is an 8 man board with 2 vice presidents.. which means they control nearly 50% of the board.. That to me is shoring up his power... WEAK! the only answers he has are the ones already laid out on a platter by others...
