I would also add that Lance is defying the criticism and providing much needed leadership.

no better type of leadership than someone who re-engineers themselves for the betterment of the team........and beats their opponent (great effort on barry). and it is because of this leadership that i would fully support your PEARLS OF WISDOM and let him stay down back rallying the backline.

Make no mistake,Lance is a fantastic player.Always team orientated.The thing is,all the players respond to Lance.When Lance directs them,they no its right.I really want this guy to be our next Captain.
