he got much more than he deserved and it is a disgrace that he is getting a game.

Dixon went on long leads and Teague's lack of endurance/speed was exposed

Plenty of game time. He brings nothing to the table now that we dont play at Mc Labour Park. Did you see Smorgon stumble over this when interviewed at half time "Mc Labour.....Opt.......Park"

Don't know how much time, but I seemed to see him out there a lot, most of the time fumbling, falling over, being left behind by his opponent and playing the man instead of the ball.

He certainly wasnt the only one who fumbled.

I think we need to bring out the footy's this week at training and get the guys handling it some more.

He has undoubted courage, but thats not good enough anymore, he isn't quick enough, skills arn't good enough, i really admire his courage but the guy just doesn't have what it takes.

It's a bit strange, might not be the best Best and Fairest of all time but winning one surely takes some ability and demonstrates that you can actually play the game?

He just looks lost out there.

Yep interview with Jason Macartney at half time, and he started well and then (ooops) "Mc Labour.....Opt.......Park"

I know it's hard when it has been Optus for so long, but we can't afford too not educate evreyone else (ie media) and also stumble ourselves.

With the amount of coverage we have had in the last few days, we could have covered all bases in one hit.

I'm at a loss. I see that position as a contest between Teague, Bannister, Sporn and Wiggins. None of them provide much confidence, but I would say Wiggo has to be given another shot in place of Teague next week.

Teague is too nice.

If he is to survive he needs to reinvent himself as an offensive hard nut, not just a defensive one.

There was a moment I think in the second quarter where Teague and a Hawk player were racing for the ball. Teague got there a fraction earlier and got totally crunched while going for the ball - very courageous but he lost the ball because he was too busy getting creamed.

What he could have done was gone in side-on, been able to tuck the ball into his side whilst absolutely creaming the Hawthorn guy with a big hit.

He chose to be the recipient rather than the donor!

Apart from skill/pace issues, unless he develops an on-field presence, he will no longer be present on field.

And that's a pity, because there is a lot to like about him as a fella.

Teague was terrible again tonight. He got run-down so easily and was lucky to get a free becuase of it. He's playing for his career right now.

I'm sorry but wasn't teague supposed to be slimming down so he could run faster over the pre-season? He looks like the slowest guy out there. I think the game has passed him by.
