It is hard for me to be objective in this area, however I thought we got the rough end all night ? |

Couldn't agree more. That free that Murphy didn't get late in the 3rd qtr was crucial. They murdered us in the first half also. |

I thought we got the rough end early then it improved very slightly. There were a few frees that should've gone our way but didn't. |

exactly what we deserve when we are second to the ball, putting team-mates in ridiculous positions with atrocious disposal. |

EXACTLY, we probably deserved a few free kicks, but at the end of the day we were not first to the ball, bad turn-overs and bad errors. For every 10 mistakes that we made the umps 1. We can't kick to a man, we can't hit a targer, don't they train all day, all week, they get paid to play, needs to improve. Pagan has to do something about the forward line strategy, the same crap doesn't work, it never has and it never will, football itsn't played like it was when North were winning flags between 96 and 99. |

What's the chances of Croad getting outed for a deliberate elbow (regardless of what that sh*thead Brereton says) to Russell's head in the second quarter? Was a million times worse than Fevola on Kirk. |

Was a million times worse than Fevola on Kirk. What shitted me more was that AB copped a smack around the head last week which made him bleed, and be sent off the field as a result, and the low dog who did that didn't even appear to get a warning, let alone a week. It's the consistency, or lack of it, that makes the system so f*cked up. |

What do you reckon KK? I'm not allowed to say it anymore but I reckon we got Shylocked. Esp when we were on a run at the end of the third and a couple of crucial calls went against us. The Lappin one was a free kick - controversial but it was there. Other ones we got spanked on though. |

You saying we got Jubed? ![]() ![]() I haven't seen the match, so I can't say specifically. Gieschen. Every year that fat f*cker has been in charge of the umps, they've got worse. Shit-for-brains. |

I'm up in Armidale at the moment. It just finished on tv. We need a codeword. For us non-believers. Maybe Gutnicked? |

I thought there was a bit of an understanding in the past that Goldspink was not to umpire a game with Carlton. He is a dog, no doubt about it. |

Umpiring was below standard no doubt about that . But even so i really don't think this game was lost because of the umpiring. We do seem to be getting the rough end for sure but i think history will prove the bottom sides always get the rough end ... |

Ok then so why do the lower sides and lesser known players in particular cop the rough end of the umpiring. The play on call against Murph late in the third (which would have put us within two goals) was a DISGRACE |

Lappin's incident the correct free kick was given. I was 20 metres away from it. If he wants to pose he should go and play soccer. It was very poor on his behalf. Barnaby's mark near the goal square and Murphy's mark when his arm was chopped were the costly ones. |

It probably does not help our cause when recently a few Carlton players had a crack at his dad when he was umpiring a local cricket grand final. All 3 under the influence and one of them particularly vocal. |

i was at the game, near the lappin "free kick" and cried blue bloody murder it wasnt given.....then i got home and saw the replay. Lappo dove on it, ducked his head and i dont think there was any contact above the shoulder....the camera angle wasnt the best but i think the ump actually made the right decision. |
