I was thinking about beards of footy and life after having a look at Fisher's slightly manicured effort on Friday night. Who else had great beards: Geelong (2006) - Corey, Bartel, Enright Carlton (past) - Doull, Ashman, Klomp Others (past) - Tuck? Mowies - Hunter, Fitzpatrick, Cloke, Barassi, Matthews... Who else is there? |

Terry Wheeler had a pretty decent one at some stage didn't he? And a bloke called Gary Baker always seemed to come up in the Scanlan's footy cards that no-one wanted - he had a decent one. Prob one of the most famous bearded players never played AFL - Coburg's Phil Cleary. And what about Brad Fisher - is that a beard he's got going on? |
