Damn the AFL and their new priority pick rules... It's funny how you can look at the draw and think, hang on a minute, how can we have so many tough games in a row, then you realise it's because we're crap and every game is tough. |

There's not a speck of premiership football on offer from either club. We are both toilers, except Essendon* have cash and exposure and we are poor and have  exposure.
If we're going to win one game in the next five it's against those deluded mongs. |

Essendon* are the only team in my opinion capable of finishing beneath us. The Bombers are rubbish. Just remains to be seen whether we're marginally worse or marginally better. |

From what i have witnessed i can easily say we will get smashed by the bombers just like we did by the pies and the tigers should have buried us in the second quarter last week. This was going to happen there have been signs that we were about to fall apart and know we have. This week we can redeem ourselves and be more competitive but we have done this for the past 3 years so whats new |

Don't overestimate the Bombers. Watching them against Richmond in the worst game played this season apart from the last 10 minutes I would have to say they are in our league. Their decision making and disposal against the Tigers was pitiful. They are no better than us. Despite our efforts today you will see our boys lift next week and we will get over the line in a close one. Negative attitudes only brings negative football. I still think we have the players to beat Essendon*. If they were any good they wouldn't be 1-5. The only difference between them and us is that they still believe they are a decent side. They are in a phase of denial. Even the Lions beat them convincingly. Cheer up boys and girls we're going to have a win on Mother's Day. I have never been wrong when I have stuck my neck out to make predictions like this. |
