all three are in the top 5 in the league for clangers by foot. What an absolute disgrace and from what was reported on triple m today that Stevo has had many a spray amongst team mates |

But imagine how much worse it would be if we still had The Cancereale. There's always got to be a silver lining. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

We should send those three back to the Ants to help with their development ![]() |

no shit, i don't think we realise how much of a lose he is. As much as i am dirty on the bloke but he was an integral part of the team just ask Stevens. The two linked up very well from hafl back with stevo usally getting the ball from campo |

We wish. We'd be lucky to get a 2nd rounder for him. Unaccountable and soft. |

Our midfield is so soft it is unbelievable. They can't lay a tackle, they can't chase, they turn over the ball and they struggle to win the contested ball. How can this be? We have one of the best scraggers in the past 20 years in Libba on our coaching staff. What are they teaching these guys? |

cause there all weak as piss. no accountability what so ever and the finger has to be pointed at Denis and his coaching staff because this should no longer be accepted and the axe must come out |

I'd love to know who you guys would be kicking to if you were one of Stevens, Scotland and Houla. Fevola or Whitnall, that's about it. All other forwards refuse to show a decent lead to the mids or they all congregate at HF and do not offer a contest. You can blame the game plan all you want, but if you ask me they're not following the damn thing. |

No hard running a player like Ryan O'keefe would be handy |

How can this be? We have one of the best scraggers in the past 20 years in Libba on our coaching staff. What are they teaching these guys? Stevens & Houla each had 10 contested possessions (2nd most on ground), 4 & 5 tackles respectively. Scotland 9 CP. Kouta 5 tackles. |

What I don't understand is that these three players are extremely skillful... Does the gameplan just not suit them? Sidenote: your gameplan is disgraceful |

Does the gameplan just not suit them? Sidenote: your gameplan is disgraceful We're referring to these three players specifically. The side as a whole is not a very polished one, but hard work on skills will improve this. But a good kick has two sides to it usually. A hard lead or good body work. AND A good kick to honour this work. I can break it down further but the gist is a whole lot of things go into getting off clean disposal, the major feature of which is space, which with how our blokes seem to play, involves protecting the bloke who has the ball, and it just doesn't happen. |

My own belief is that the players don't have any belief in the game plan, and this shows in the mental parts of the game, such as hard running, holding the tackles, leading hard into space, keeping their feet and simple skill errors. |

Noticed a lot of this today. Give yourself an extra opportunity to get an effective possesion or lay a tackle by not falling over. Hard to coach this into a player though. |

And Denis is right there with you it seems, throwing the game review onto the players. If they work for each other the flood doesn't need to be applied in such a huge way. |

your absolutely right Headplant. Lance was on the club corner the other week and mention about when rebounding from the defense you look up and there is no team mate to kick to. This negative and defensive game plan is not encouraging at all, besides the melbourne game i have not been excited watching us play as we play such a defensive and negative style of footy. |

Stevens especially was terrible today, not giving the club $500,000 a years worth that is for sure. |
