How about a % of score stat - i guess it comes out in your comments about Harry Highpants being in a good team but they've also had a more complete fwd line for such a long time, whereas Fev has really had Whitnall (these days Waite), but in those years Whits was declining.

Second half of this year and notwithstanding Fev's injury we are seeing a multi-function forward line being established. If you read the Waite interview on the site he was adamant that they have no setposition, including Fev, and they swap around roles all the time. Perhaps the multi player forward line is where we're heading, T-Longmuir will be kept because of his strong marking ability and Houliahn will not be required up front because there's only room for 1 ground level player, and that's betts?

ps Jarusa, I would have put it up but non one put mine up last week : )

one has been a star from day 1 and one is a goose untill he gets his crap together, but i still have doubts he will ever be a star untill he bags a big score more then once.

After 100 games:

Fev averages 2.4 goals a game.

Lloyd averaged 3.3 goals a game (now at 3.6 a game).

Fev, has got a lot of hard work to do to get there. Hopefully, a better midfield in the years to come will help as well.

molsey, that % of score is a good idea, I will have to remember that for next time.

Thanks, Jarusa. I agree Fev needs to get up to 3 to 4 goals a game and this will come with an impoving midfield.

Lloyd a star, the real deal, Fevola still getting there but he is still a goose, he has to play a year without doing stupid things on the ground that cost us games and actually tackle and run and not just kick some goals when he feels like it, but it not all his fault the ball doesn't get delievered to him great. It more of him giving up when her isn't getting his way.

You'll find Fev chases and tackles more than most players on our list, the amount of times he gets a holding the ball free from a great tackle is more than I'd say for any other FF. Was moreso before he got his groin injury.

Lloyd himself often does 'stupid things on the ground', I remember in 2001 he got suspended twice from incidents in Carlton games
