THE GOINGS ON AROUND THE CLUB OVER THE LAST 3 YEARS HAVE FRUSTRATED THE @#$%&! OUT OF ME!!!!


i just wish we were daring.. cutting edge... had an attitude that was about winning (even if we lost on the field)... i wanna see players care and out their hand up not just out...
I want to see coaches dare to plan for tomorrow and not just for today...

I want to see an organisation so far ontop of its job that other clubs are looking to us for the light.

I was hoping this club would understand yesterday is gone and the present begins now for tomorrow....

.. we have been a defensive.. reactive .. conservative .. backward thinking club living in a rustbelt.
there are very few positive initiatives been taken over the last 10 years...

We have not been farming areas for future members.
We have not sourced new markets.
We have lost our soul in so many ways...
Each year and another bit of the armour has been chinked away by players.. staff.. the board because noone has walked that extra mile.
Its all been about going to school and wanting just to pass... and ultimately failing.
The only thing they have is us.. the supporters and they are just trying to squeeze the blood out of us because its been too hard to go get some initiatives... so they keep squeezing and squeezing.. the existing support the club has ..

The only bright side is the kids..... and hopefully they understand we need more kids!!!...

Its a young mans game...

Ours standards have dropped ... and its frustrated the @#$%&! out of me !!!

The club has been eroded away by all layers .. but those of us who have and will remain will see a new sunrise... if its done properly .. it will be bigger than all before it..

But we need to make the right choices and be brave.. and not be crabs... hiding under our shells until the danger has passed.. and then coming up for a timid look...

Hey guys, well i am new to the site but i am thinking about signing that petition. Screw Pagan. Surely he doesnt have the nerve to screw our club over anymore than what he already has by wanting compensation... I say give him another 3 rounds.. we get hammered then the pressure will be immense, maybe he would resign and therefore no payout. I am a big believer in the coach is only as good as what he has at its disposal... BUT, 2 spoons already and staring down the barrell of a third with no light at the end of the tunnel in sight? He has to get over the fact that we Don't have that man.. WAYNE CAREY.. So it is just not gonna happen for us. I thought it couldnt get any worse than the second half against richmond, but of course i was wrong.. last week was an ABSOLUTE disgrace to everyone involved with our club and someones head has to Roll.
