In fact the goal that North kicked to hit the lead in the last quarter was a direct result of this.
In short a North player ran off the ground, Jordan Russell followed him, Leigh Harding ran on and our player wasn't ready to come on (Mcgrath), so basically Harding had 20 metres on him, ran into the forward line took an easy mark and goaled.
Very frustrating!
yes it is very frustrating but i'd rather we learn from our mistakes now and adapt to the modern game now rather than in 3 or 4 years when we are going to be a top 8 side and we are going to be expected to win because little mistakes like that are going to hurt us a lot more
