My information is that the little paper is pursuing Fevola on his sojourn to Denmark, or wherever it may be. Euro correspondent has been despatched.

This stuff is tabloid gold.

I'd suggest Carlton want to have someone meeting the Fevster at the airport when he finally does land to keep the muzzle on, cos i fear he will further fan the flames.

Is there a mensa conference in Denmark or Scandinavia?
Perhaps Fev has other commitments?

good effort lads on hitting all the blog sites with our versions.

Any tech boys know how to delete the cookie that determines if you have already voted on an online poll?

I know its just a file that once deleted, allows you to vote again.

He's obviously been asked to sit on the selection panel for the Nobel Prize committee.

Good advice, what's his manager doing to earn his dough. Tell him to speak to no-one and get back here. Re abuse, looks like an excuse. If people in the bar are getting at you, leave. I really would have hoped Fev might be looking after the younger guys rather than outdoing them for stupidity. At the end of the day he needs to take full responsibility, forget excuses, and get training and get off the grog

I' take bets on that Fev will get at least one lengthy suspension next season, no matter what he does. The AFL will make sure...

Was thinking exactly the same thing. It'll probably happen the same week Didak knocks somebody out but amzingly there is no vision of the incident so the charges are dropped...

Sadly, with Didak's knee the way it is the only place we'll be seeing him knock anyone out is on King Street. Shame really ...

I haven't read this entire thread, so if what i'm about to bring up has been spoken about, my apologies.

Ok, Fev was out, he was on the piss. He was stupid and he got caught out. Shit happens, and it seems to happen to Fev. I don't condone it and i believe Fev has blown his chances of Captaincy and also might want to be super careful come season time. A silly boy he was.

My questions are : Who was with Fev at the time and why didn't someone say something to Fev whilst on the binge? Surely we've all had times when someone we've gone out with goes a little over board. But as friends we take care of our "drunk" we try to take some control and show a duty of care to our "drunk" and the people around.

Fev may have failed us but surely others failed Fev. I'd like to know who they are.

Thats all. :-D

Probably right ... But why not name them as well. They were at the "scene of the crime "

Apparently Barry Hall was the one who took the bottle from Fev's hand, pulled him away and took him out of the pub.

Just as well.

Whats king Andy's story. So no racial taunts towards the players by the Irish. He must have the players under 24 hr surveillance.Pretty hard when you are on a bi-annual junket and on the gas as well. Come on Andy who are you trying to kid. Not everyone who watches the Nine News is thick as two bricks. And Fev wouldnt be stupid enough to say more stuff when he is in enough shit already. This has certaintly reached comical proportions.

Fevola was provoked.

Paul is a just going for it and getting as much mileage as he can.

If even the Collingwood supporter at work was synmpathetic to Fevola then Mitchell, Kennett and Caro are just a bunch of Carlton haters going right over the top and having a field day.

If I was Fev, I wouldnt be totally contrite - all he was really doing was sticking up for his country.

Blueman, did Nostradamus and St Malachy predict Fev's incident, and what the outcome will be?

And while where flower at it I have always wanted to have a crack at Nei "flower " Mitchell. Neil for those of the unknown is another right winger self opinionated wanker on that great talkback station 3AW.

Neil i didnt read the article after the the intelligent headline "FEVS A DROPKICK. What an awe inspiring headline Neil. Sure you wernt thinking of yourself.Ah yes Fev finally flowers up after a clean sheeted year and pricks like Mitchell waste more trees with dribble. Kind of makes the whole thing one enormous joke doesnt it.

Actually, those guys leave the low grade prediction stuff like that to lower level operatives like myself and as I and others have said, its a complete storm in a teacup.

Oh, I thought this quatrain:
Nostradamus wrote:
Through long war all the army exhausted,
So that they do not find money for the soldiers:
Instead of gold or silver, they will come to coin leather,
Gallic brass, the crescent sign of the Moon.

was referring to Fev.

The first line refers to the season we've had, exhausting our "troops" over the long season.

The second line talks about how the season was fruitless for the Club. He obviously didn't factor in the first pick in the Draft.

The third line talks about how the "leather" is worth more money to the AFL, obviously referring to the latest media rights

The words "Gallic brass" is a disguising of "Gaelic brass", a reference to the end of season trip, and that he had to front up to the "brass" of the AFL who were on the trip with him.
