Lil' Miss Wojee loves Fev and it'll be good when I can finally get the 25 put on her guernsey knowing it'll be Fev's for a good few years yet.

That would be great news when announced. I know I'm a bit more optimistic than others but I think our spine is going to grow old and successful together, with Fev, Livo, Thornton and Waite looking up. Of course we need extra size and I cant help but feel extreme disappointment in Norman at the moment, and Whitnall (until yesterday) because if all 6 were firing, we could recruit midfield skill over the next 2 years and really be a top 8 side again.

Alas, I'm often too optimistic. but a Fev sign-on wouldbe huge for us. Absolutely huge.

Unreal news.

Those out there who have questioned Fevola's loyalty etc etc, should now realise that he is a Carlton man and wants to remain one for the rest of his days.

Hopefully with the money left over and a few other reductions, we can thrown the kitchen sink at Luke Power.

Has a real chance to become a genuine superstar especially when over the next few years he will get some better delivery in the forward line
Will give us a real fillip in hopefully an aggressive recruitimg campaign over the draft/tade period at the end of 2005.
As for walls and lyon who want to trade him find a headline somewhere else
Been a big fan of fev since seeing him as a 17 year old - even bigger fan now

This is great news. I was contemplating the thought of trading Fevola (I better start ducking..... ), but the last 3 weeks, I think, has been pretty consistent and doing the team things, hence the change of mind

He really does cop a ridiculous bagging from the supporters. The team's not doing well so it's Fevola's fault. "DO SOMETHING FEV". Couldn't help myself at biting back at these people yesterday

Sounds like sitting among all the swan supporters up on level 3 dockland side wasn't such a bad idea!

Good on you mate, more of us should start doing it to.

People who bag him should realise Fev is an asset not a liability and support him as much as they can. Teams like Geelong and West Coast would give up anything for a forward like Fev. Very valuable asset we have, and the fans need to realise his value to the team.

Good News- Its interesting to hear he is signing for less because David Parkin said on ABC Radio on friday night that collingwood were pretty keen on him and offered him $750000 a year. He is good but not that good

A club source told me it was in the 600s.. deep into the 600ks.
He will stay for much less than that...
Collingwood wernt the only side interested..

Great news. I briefly thought he should go that was a few rounds back now but over the past three weeks I believe he's worked really hard and I thought that it would be terrible if he left.

Wet Toast were looking at him as were Freo. Apparantly Freo had discussions with him very recently.

I was at the Carlton v Geelong game when I was standing with a fellow TC'er and he was bagging the crap out of Fev. Little did he know Fev's Mum was standing behind him. Long story but it was awful, uncomfortable and very inapropriate. Fev's Mum has not been to a game since. I spoke to her and she told me she finds it really hard week in week out. We had a good chat.

For the record, everyone's entitled to their opinions but there is a time and place...

Great news Synbad.

Interesting that Fev removed himself from the leadership group, yet he seems to be the one working the hardest on and off the field to set the example. Well done Brendan... let's hope others follow your lead.
