@#$%&!! It's good to see Eddie in the seniors but i'm going to watch the Ants tommorow and wanted to see Eddie dominating a full game their :(

Ahh well, and i'm not sure whether that was a good move droppin Houla. He's been alright these past couple weeks. Actually went a lot harder and laid a couple tackles.

It will be good to watch Houla and Russell at VFL level though. I reckon Russell will come back and absolutley dominate after having been shown what it's like in the seniors.

Give the young guys at least 3 games i reckon
1 to get used to the pace
2 to really have a good go
and 3 to try and dominate

I come back and Houla is dropped. Now I'm depressed and upset. I'll find out if I can get to the VFL game this week. If not, then he better be back next week.

Obviously the MC thinks there's a real chance of pinching a win this week. Otherwise I'm sure Russell would still be in the side.

After watching Essendon* youngsters play with so much spirit I can't understand why Russell isn't playing. Yes he needs game time, well why not in the firsts. Watching some of Essendon*'s youngsters selected in the draft after Jordon I'm lost to why we don't give our youngsters a real go.

Over the season I have some times questioned the decision making at the selection table each week, but have been wiling to let it slide and bow to Denis' better judgement.

But after reading the paper just a few minutes ago and finding out about Russell's omission, I am @#$%&! livid.

What reason does Denis have to justify Russell's omission?
I can't think of a reason.
His two possessions he had last weekend were quality.
They were bullet like.
They hit their target like a laser guided missile.
This kid has the disposal we have been crying out for.

So what does Denis do?!?! Drops him.

Sometimes I wonder what goes through the heads of our selectors some week.

It's got me f*cked. We've lost the plot on and off the field.
Russell gets the arse but Campo is still there. Where's the justice?

Campo was reasonably good last week but that wouldn't matter to many on here..

Agree though that dropping Russell is a disgrace.

I too would like to see JR on the field, BUT let's keep some perspective...Denis moulded an Under 19s Kangaroos outfit into a multi premiership outfit-over a few years mind you-let's give him some faith to know what he's doing with our youngsters!
