Firstly, don't get conned by this baby bomber bullshit.
Take a look at the team that played Sydney.
There is an enormous core of players +23...Fletcher/Lloyd/Lucas then there is Welsh/Winderlich/Stanton/Lovett/Watson/McPhee/Davey/Dyson/McVeigh.
They aren't that young

...take a look at the stats. Lovett is 27...the way people talk you'd think he was 22.
They have been able to develop youngsters will having a senior core there to teach them. We haven't had a senior core to build around...we've had to draft a core of young players to build around. Gibbs is 20...people go on with this 3 x 1 pick crap but they're all still very inexperienced. Murphy is the one who has looked like he could cope with the pressure this year but Gibbs and Kreuzer still need time.
The scum already have the core there. You have to compare the amount of experience each list has had.
It just shows what cheating the cap and prior to that what neglecting recruiting does to your list. We have Houlihan, Fev, Thornton and Simpson from the 2002 draft and before that.
They have McVeigh, Lloyd, Lucas, Winderlich, McPhee, Watson, Welsh, Hille.
Alwyn Davey is 25 this year....

another one who most would think is younger than that.
So first we have to build a core before we can do much more. We have most of the core on the list we just have to give them time. The scums core already has the experience and has two key forwards who will be gone soon, with two injury prone 'replacements'.
Don't be conned by the baby bomber bullshit.
