Hey, thanks for the replies.

I quickly put this one together for Johnno with a few more possible alterations.

I remembered to fix the type so it's smooth/crisp now. Not a massive issue, but at least it makes the mock-ups look better.

So as you can see the possibilities and tweaks, however small, are endless really. I toyed with the various additions (logos, cups, Nike) on the sleeves and whilst perfectly fine, it leaves the shirt somewhat unbalanced at the front, like something is missing. I agree with the sentiments that in a perfect world it'd just be the Monogram and premierships, but knowing the licensing agreements the AFL logo will have to be on there in some way, shape or form.

With this one I thought it good to offer a point of difference with the VFL logo.

The hoody idea is a great one, there are decent vectors for those, but none that are quite good enough. I'd like it to be a proper jumper, not a zip up one, if you follow me.

Love the old (ish) school insignia.

Great work Sean.

If the club doesn't make this happen, then TC needs to find a way to make it so.

personally I prefer the zip up hoodies.

if you used the old VFL logo would the AFL logo still have to go on somewhere?

I'm good with a hoodie, or a tee. Hoodie's probably more likely to get worn at the footy though.

Personally, I'd get rid of everything on the right of the design: no cups, no swoosh, no AFL/VFL logo. You referenced the NY Yankees for this kind of thing, and they're all about clean, strong design: you don't screw with the Yankees logo, and it doesn't need all that other crap.

The only other thing I'd request is the surname of the player, not the nickname. I'd be buying a DOULL, and I'd rather not have THE FLYING DOORMAT on my back. Bit cheesy (as are most nicknames really).

If this doesn't get off the ground, I think I'll just make one myself.

And to satisfy the suits, you could put all the AFL logos, sponsors' logos etc....... on the back........ inside!

A bit selfish, but what about one with a pocket so that those of us who have wear reading glasses have somewhere to put them! (when not reading)
And how about, Est. 1864?

I saw a female dressed in a Carlton jacket today.
Noone would appreciate seeing her in a bikini.
I'm shuddering thinking about it.

I think t-shirts with pockets went out in the 80s.
