A good assessment Jim but I cant agree on Warnock. I thought his ruckwork was average and he seemed more intent on avoiding contact than feeding his on ballers. Scott Thompson sharked 75% of his hitouts. I thought Hampson won more ball in the middle and provided more mobility and physical presence around the stoppages.
A big step up from Hammer IMO.
I agree with you but the only thing stopping Robbie was Robbie. He was in complete control, even if he wasn't finishing his work particularly well. His physicality was up the whole game, unlike Hammer.

Vision of the Jamo bumpDoesn't look good. Was accidental, for sure, but the AFL are all over these types of hits as we know.
Accidental doesnt get you off.
Unavoidable gets you off.
That's the weird part, it's never going to be unavoidable (at least not in a literal definition) in the context of an intentional shepherd. But Jamo's arm was mostly tucked in and he didn't jump up or into Henderson, just slowed up and rode the bump. His arm jolted up after the initial contact but made no further contact.
Essentially Henderson's head snapped into Jamison's collar bone upon contact. That's where the 'hit' came from. I think it's unfortunate but in a legitimate attempt to shepherd when you're in a hurry to make the play, that's no where near as brutal as the efforts that saw the AFL change the rules. He made no attempt to run at or through him once he was in position.
