I reckon it's a crap site.

Don't spend any time here at all.

I agree. There are some very strange people posting on that site and I think we would all be well advised to avoid it.

Well said Gez.

I've had the pleasure (actually no you have!) of meeting you and having a few drinks with you on a couple of occasions now and it's been fun.

You're right this is a great place to catch up with people who love all things Carlton. Apart from Demon2, Mandy and Tashi and anyone else I have forgotten (I'm sure there's a WB bloke as well...).

TC is a bit like Retro, it's cheesy, daggy and a bloody good time is had by all!

:-D

I don't think it's the posters who make the site. I think it's the legal owner who makes it what it is ....

Agreed. I think that this site is great. I like it better than TBV because it is a much friendlier environment with better discussions and less squabbling.

Hope the success continues.

And here's hoping in October TC gets their first win in the Forum Matches.

When will there be more information on this?

Oh and as for my contribution for this thread:

When I found out about TC I knew it would be just an awesome swell place to go and I was right. The transition was easy and fun. Thanks mods and admin.

Gee - isn't this place so much friendlier when there is no football to talk about????

Seriously though, given the stressful times we have all been through it is amazing there haven't been some massive bustups in the past few months.

I give credit to a grat bunch of mods, but also the regulars who, perhaps after what happened at the other place, appreciate how fragile such communities can be and are prepared to be more tolerant and accepting of each other.

We need something other than trades to discuss during the off-season!

Great work TC. As Taff said, those of us OS appreciate this place as somewhere to go to talk about the Blues when those around you have never even seen the sport!

Thanks to the Mods, doing a great job reigning us in after we've had too many reds...

BTW... I notice that warning is still there...

Thanks to all who make TC what it is!!
I pretty well don't go through a day without checking in :-D -and its a good thread IMO to focus on what unites us rather than what divides.
