I never said Captian i suggested Vice Captain.. And why can't a joker be a leader ?( Bush leads and his a joke ... oops ) Surely being a joker off the field doesn't always mean a joker on the field ?? Does it ?

look, I think it is silly to expect young ones to win the b n f. Especially under Pagan. Pagan is renowned for nto playing his young kids much. Some people disagree. However I think he does this so they work harder for their spots. If they are getting game tie, they my learn, yes, btu will they train hard enough, will they continue to hit the gym etc, or will they simply think they are ready. Pagan has always been like this. However, if he does feel a young player is ready , he will play them f or a full game. There is no bullshit with Pagan. He played carey at north, etc, and he played thornton for us. Why, because thornton was ready? However he took time with BVentick/Simmo/Waite / Fisher, and I believe that, although we did wait a while, in the end it proved to be the right chioce. Look how well they have come on!. Sure, we could have put Russell in for the last 6 games, but I think Pagan wanted to make him work harder over summer. That is his method. So it will always be diffiuclt for young players to win a b n f, but I disagree that our young players have not come on.
In the past four years we have had pick 2, and then not a single pick I believe before pick 40. or something close.
Now look who we recruited. I am not saying that they will lead us to a premieirship, but they are starting to show signs.
Kade Simpson
Adam Bentick
Jared Waite
Fisher
Carazzo

and then we can loo kforward to Russel, Hartlett, Blackwell.
NOt bad additions considering the picks we have had. It was bad recruiting in the past that has let us down. that is why you may be disappointed with those b n f winners. PErsonally, I admire Kouta for still being able to play the game as well as he can despite his crippling injuries. Leaving his pay packet aside, he really did have a good season in an under. He may or may not have leadership qualities, but he does put in hi sheart when he is out there.

Then please by all means be so bold and reveal who you really are.

It's all well and good to take shots at Synbad, but when you don't reveal your true identity it makes your credibility worth less.
Those who have met Synbad know who he is.

So why not tell us who you really are and we'll stop calling you Larry.

So you admit you're not MCB :?:

Lately, every post that is made in this account is not MCB, it's so blatantly obvious. So you don't have any crediblity and will always be known as 'Larry'.

Just get your own account Larry, or someone change this account name to - Larry MCB - sounds officious.

Larry would probably like that.

Larry Alert... :-D :-D

But in all honesty i quite enjoy the difference in opinions between some very vocal posters. Both make valid points and both wanting what the best for the club is.. Its like the ALP and the Liberals, they both think what they have best fits the Nation.
And so many greens, democrats and independants who make up the numbers.
I love it and at least out of the banter do come some valid points. :-D :-D

uno problemo. It is not Larry. Synbad has not provided any evidence of this by the way. Larry does not have anything to lose by revealing himself. This poster might.

If "this poster" doesn't stop using your account MCB, it will be deleted. There is room for the two of you here. 8)

Mrs Caz, please show me where it says two users cannot use the same account in the rules. I believe Olympiakos on the old site was allowed 3 different users. If you show me where it says it is not allowed in the rules, I shall not permit them to use my account again. Synbad does not like the unknown though, deep down he knows it is not Larry. HE just wants to think that, 8) . WE all know it's not Larry.

I don't care whether it is Larry or not, or what Olympiakos was allowed to do on the old site either.

MCB has been asked to not let anyone else masquerade as himself on this site.

Please adhere to this polite request.

where does it say it in the rules, Mrs Caz?

See, I get the feeling if this person signed up, you would release details to Synbad about them. Am i right? 8) .

Now you really are being ridiculous.

You are lucky I'm not in charge of the nuclear power station. My finger is hovering on the red button now.

I am asking one, simple, question.
I would appreciate an answer, not a deleting.

The question is:
Where, in the rules of this site, does it say that one cannot give his account information out to others so that they can access it and post on it.

I would appreciate an answer in two forms.
Either:
A: a reference to the rules which shows what I am doing to be incorrect and illegal under the laws of this site.
or a simple statement as follows
B: It does not say it anywhere in the rules.
Thankyou for your time

I am yours, most sincerely,
M C B

Dear M C B (sic),

As you well know, it is not in the "rules" of the site. MCB has been asked not to let it happen, as most posters took offence to it, and didn't appreciate a grown man (I assume you are one?) hiding behind a child.

It is not in the spirit of the game (you know, like having an "ace" fielder as your 12th man and letting your bowlers have a rest break).

Yours respectfully

Mrs Caz

not in the spirit. Fine, I accept that. But you won't get punished for it in baseball i do not believe. Just like I should not, according to rules, be deleted. Have a very pleasant evening.

But I didn't miss the ball Mrs Caz. I fully expect to be banned, probably tonight. But I want all Carlton fans to realise that, contrary to the tanking theory, we will be back in finals contention and most probably action again next year. The club is working on a plan to restructure the playing group, changes which it believes will ultimately have Carlton a premiership threat again in two years wtihout lingering on the bottom much longer. Sign up, there are exciting times ahead. We will not be on the bottom again next year, a new era is about to dawn.
