Karl is extremely high maintenance and has blown every opportunity the club has given him.
In a wooden spoon year, we need to stop prostituting our ideals and draw a line in the sand.

Karl is the past, not the future.

My thoughts exactly. Very sad he was unwilling to repay the faith shown in him.

The ability to contribute to a player sponsorship was great, would not change that for a second, and hope the TC effort gets off the gournd too. Maybe we'll get someone computer literate this time.

;)

As for Karl. A pity really. Would be great if he made it, even if it with another club. I agree with hammer's sentiments on page 1.

 Synbad, just what is so dumb about Karl? You got any stories or anything as an example?

And yeah it's a shame about Karl. Could've been a 100 game player, he has everything except the commitment (and if Synbads correct, the brains aswell).

Yep if we delist a tall defender we have no idea!!

The club decided to stick by him and give him a chance. I think they need to see that through with another year. There are just too many that are showing nothing that need to go ahead of him IMO.

Why was he never played after rd 5 when we were desperately short of tall defenders?

Prenda might be one of the AFL's (and VFL's) worst kicks he's no dummy and at least he has a dip, his shortcomings notwithstanding.

Which is more than we can say about Karl. Shame, really. But time to move on. We can't afford to keep waiting on slackers like him.

Brisbane? He'd go well with Brennan up there.

I am totally Shocked to find out the Truth.........Worth a laugh too....

Since its Creation, i have always thought that the Karl norman Sponsorship and any other player Sponsorship worked by the Player donating money to us and this site

but now i find, its done the opposite way.....i dont understand.... why do we need to sponsor a player who gets triple the amount we do??

if anything, i think every Carlton player should give some of their wages for every bad game they have....
