I'd trade him for Brad Scott

This worries me a bit. I thought Setanta would jump at a new contract if offered. Surely he, too, is not getting greedy. Or is he getting homesick. Anyone know if a contract has been offered and why the delay. Maybe the club is leaving all announcements till after trade week.

Doesn't he return to ireland for the break? Maybe the logistics preclude him from signing til he gets back.

At the risk of shooting Bambi........
Hasn't shown enough for mine, not sure Jim Stynes was even a full time athlete when he started.
Two O'hAilpins cost money and list places, need some return soon or we might as well pay two tall kids from Basketball or American Footy.
I can't fathom two years let alone wanting more money (if true).
Begin personal abuse now...

Setanta isnt like that at all. the fact that he is getting paid at all to play football still amazes him, and he will accept carltons offer (which is a generous offer anyways)....Carlos aint stupid, and he knows he will get a huge pay rise when he proves himself in the big time....

C'mon CB what I meant was... is it worth the trouble to send originals to Ireland get them signed and originals returned when in a week or so the brothers will be back and we can do some proper publicity around the signing.

Lets make the boys feel really at home and rookie list Sean Og...

Haha, sorry NT, I wasn't having a go, just being daft. ;)

So, has it been confirmed that Carlos has not signed as yet?
