elections and a democratic process is money this club cant afford.. cos were not capable of raising $50 ,000 to give this club a feel of democratic dues.
Anyway.. my political mentor Plato didnt b elieve in a "Democracy" he believed Democracy ... and that the kratos (the state) would fall into a state of uncontrolled euphoria unchecked for the sake of popularism... or would be a popular guy who would go in as a saviour but end up a dick... and then ultimately turn into a tyranny... (Plenty of examples of this kind of thing in history...)
He beieved a leader should be philosophical.. wise.. caring for his people..ruling justly..and his mentor Socrates called 'O Politikos' a statesman..
Basically a special person who does not have his own interests at heart but that of the state
