We can improve this year if we manufacture a drug controversy, get players infracted and banned and then top up with VFL players

At least under Ratten, we played some exciting football suited to the strengths of our list and were good to watch.

we can rant and rave all day long about changes that need to be made to the club but ultimately we don't have the quality on our list to be a major contender

our recent recruiting has set us back at least 5-10 years

doesn't matter who coaches these players as I don't think it will make a huge difference

in effect we need to bottom out (again) and take our medicine and start again, both on and off the field

Can't forgive this effort.

I was done with any emotional investment in this team when they rolled over and lost to the Gold Coast.

Now I'm done with any financial investment too.

It's just not fun watching them.

The Melbourne list is better than ours........think about that for a minute and ask yourselves, is this the truth? Hopefully some will finally see what the problem is!!

The same guys that have been top 10 picks are now washed up within 12 months!!! Embarrassed by Melbourne and left a shadow of themselves!!

We're all on the same page really...

three years ago the Ratten fans were saying it's not the coach's fault
Today the Malthouse fans are saying it's not the coach's fault

So if we all agree that it's not the coach's fault then all roads lead to the Board and Administration.

Yeah it was an era where we mortgaged our future which turned into the present quickly

Lucky they held their nerve and didn't go the sausage sizzle after last week's debacle.

They must have known this week was going to be rock bottom.

I'd be expecting gourmet bratwurst, not just rubbish home brand supermarket snags to make amends for that effort.

Either way, you can stick the fork in ME not the sausage... I'm done for the season! Not turning up anymore.

Inspiring

Felt a sense of hope with Pratt but....

Which puppet are they thinking next?

I'm a big fan of Fahour. I think we avoid a seamless changeover re: Sticks' desires. Fahour isn't in Sticks' plans. Well, screw his plans. Fahour for mine, thank you very much.

You might be onto something... don't let the players off too easily though

we overrated our list and thought by topping up we would be contending for a premiership

we continually make the same mistakes

signing Waite, Joseph and Davies up for contract extensions were other genius decisions

making Gibbs and Kreuzer untouchables also made no sense to me

Let's hope Warnock gets suspended for the season.

Worst recruit ever. Not AFL standard. And forced us to get rid of Jacobs and Hampson.

You mean our recruiting for the last 15 years has been bad because, otherwise, I'm failing to follow. We get beaten by Melbourne and that suddenly means our list is still good, Melbourne's still bad.

I will never understand any of those decisions. What a F^&*n waste of space and money.

In the past 10 years we have had the worst recruiting and list management in the history of the game.

I wasn't referring to tanking

We need to rebuild from scratch and do it through the draft

Topping up our list by giving up draft picks has been a mistake
