i think he is trying to say that MLG has a property empire so that must mean he is a good business man and therefore a good president but in a sarcastic way.

we know he has ascended through the executive body of the carlton footy club ... same people that elected sticks last 6 years and this year.... and now hes no good... all of a sudden)
