My List changes (hopes)

Out:

Bootsma
Duigan
Scotland (rookie)
Cachia (rookie)
Temay
McLean
Armfield
McInnes

Trade:

Garlett plus 4th Round Pick for 3rd Round pick
Robinson for 3rd/4th Round Pick
Waite through FA for 3rd Round pick (Wishful thinking)
Lucas to WA for maybe a pick around 50?
.

Army is also contracted for next year so we'd need to factor in a trade as I don't think we'll dropping off contracted players, see Watson and Warnock (why we loaded up for 3yrs for Robbie is bewildering).

Cachia is interesting, as he may have got a run without his suspensions & injuries but would he have to be elevated? We don't usually elevate rookies until 2yrs so this year will be interesting on how we play the available spots on lists.

Stop making excuses SB. It's all Mick's fault

We should get Monkhorst from Hawthorn as ruck coach...on second thoughts we better not, Monkhorst has aspirations and designs on Mick's job.

The fact that Ellard is still on the list is so surprising. He definitely does not have the right body shape to be an AFL footballer, and I can't believe no one at the club has picked up on that. His wrists (eg) look like they could break in a stiff wind - That's why he can't stick a tackle.

Great idea Rexy , have been thinking the same thing for a while now. Read somewhere he gas been training and wants to have another shot at the game.
Mick could just do it and he would be cheap and if successful , what a great story. We 're desperately for talls., I'd try it.

Guy should not be able to play for another year or however long he was originally contracted with Melbourne. Sure he took some dollars on the way out for the year off for the betterment of his health, so time off he should have from the AFL.

Why the hell would the club strongly consider giving McLean a new contract?? is this how they are going to manage our miserable and pathetic List moving forward??

We are desperately crying out Loud for a Clean up but the people in Charge never learn from their past stuff ups.

Then Melbourne should get a compo pick. You can't have a guy leave a club because he has a drug problem only to pop-up at another club 9 months later!

That's why people are so angry and our membership numbers and game attendance are so poor.

It's like Groundhog Day over and over again. When will we understand what is needed to be done.

If MLG stood up at the end of the year and said that the mediocrity that has encapsulated the club over the past 10-15 years is no longer acceptable and that we will be going through a total rebuild via recruitment and the trade table (plus bringing in a gun List Manager) the improvement in Membership and Sponsorship would be enormous.

At the moment we all feel like we are in No Mans land.

Any evidence that shows the Tasmanian Government's thoughts on Graham Wright's performance when weighing up the pros and cons of continuing their sponsorship? Or what the nuffies in the Victoria Park housing commission think about Derek Hine when working out to spend the fortnight's dole payment on a Collingwood 3 gamer? How many West Coast Eagles supporters know of Rohan O'Brien? His name kinda sounds like "Booooooo" I guess....

Get a great list manager in = corporate sponsors will be lining up at Visy Park to get in on the gravy train and be seen at Cramer St watching it all unfold in 2014?

Dane, Waiting to see what will happen after the draft will not Solve anything. If the Club are going to re-sign players are are way past it, it means they are going to hold a Spot that would be going to some new blood and new kids.

Come Draft day, the Club will select their 1st and 2nd round Picks, then forfeit all their later picks. We don't want that. We need a friggin Smart Recruiting manager who will find some decent kids for us at picks 50 and after. All other clubs do it, except us.

This is not a matter of Whingging. Its's about managing the Club properly. We pay for these people to do what they do. If the Club do not take their members seriously and do not hear out their concerns, then they will stop signing up for memberships and those that do sign, will not turn up to Games.

I have not had a membership for 3 years now and will never give a penny to this Club, until the day I see some real changes and real leadership.
