Thought I'd make a seperate thread in regards to the small training session that will be held on the 4th of December at Glenferrie Oval before SS and HHQ battle it out at 2pm.

For those of you who have put your name down as being interested in the match but haven't really been active in the main thread, the match has been changed to the 18th OF DECEMBER AT GLENFERRIE OVAL.

Basically this thread is designed to get an idea of how many blokes will be rocking up on the 4th and it it's worth running or not. So if you have put your name down for the match and would like to come down for a light run, please post your interest in this thread.

I'd also like to hear from the following people in regards to their availability for the match...

Like the training sessions in the past, it will be a very light session.

It will include the standard warm up lap and stretch, a few drills such as end to end handballing, kicking, a few front and centre drills, bit of contesting work and maybe a few other drills. We'll finish off with a warm down stretch.

If we can get a decent turn out, say 12 people, then maybe we could have a small intra team match inside one of the 50 arcs?

Yep put me down PJ. I'll be there around 12pm.
Need all the training i can get.
Started swimming laps in the mornings and pulled out the weights.
Had a kick with Barnesy yesterday at Monash Uni. Goal posts are still up. He'll be at training also. Really looking forward to this match.

Lexus Centre would be great if we can get it....as long as there is cold beers afterwards to celebrate our VICTORY

Well there is a good chance that we may get Lexus Centre as the venue. Tess over at Nick's posted that Collingwood rang her back today and said we could have the ground and the bar for nothing on the 18th. However, she told them we had already committed to Glenferrie. I told her to ring them back so she did and we'll most likely get an answer tomorrow hopefully.
